I was always thrilled when Richard called out my nervous pupil's name in the Test Centre waiting room as I knew they were in safe and calming hands. All my pupils had a positive driving test with Richard, regardless of the outcome and they and I thank him for making one of the most stressful life events feel just like a nice drive with a lovely man.
